OK OK . . . I know that I have over written on the water from God today. So I am gonna end myself with a raising Chinese spirit, Mou Tai. Baijiu means white wine in Chinese. Mou Tai is a very old brand, which is always being targeted as a high-end rice wine. Don't know why, within a year, it's price raised nearly double. It costs at least $100 USD for a bottle of 53 degree. Moreover, it's very rare on the market. It's so hard to even get one. Luckily, I also have a few bottles.
Nothing can beat Mou Tai, while having a nice Chinese dinner, especially . . . lamb hot pot at a very cold night.
